We are excited to announce our first Pilates weekend Retreat on 8th-10th May 2020! The weekend will be held in the beautiful Arklow Bay Hotel and will include 2 nights Bed & Breakfast, 4 Pilates classes with Bodyfirm instructors, 2 mini treatments in their beauty rooms, a 4 course evening meal, access to the leisure facilities as well as lake or seaside walks.
