Connor the Conker is coming to town! The Progressive Pilates Academy in conjunction with Bodyfirm Studios is very excited to announce that this much anticipated kids Pilates course will make it’s first Dublin visit on the 15th and 16th October!

Rachel Lloyd who knows Connor well, has harnessed both his playful and sparkling personality along with his love of Pilates and put it all in this amazing little book. Rachel will be on hand not only to introduce us to Connor but to teach this fantastic course!
