Back to Basics is a small group Reformer class designed to refresh the basics.
This class is suitable for everyone:
Beginners- an Introduction to Reformer Pilates.
Intermediate- Refresh the basics.
Advanced- Returning from a break.
Rehabilitation- if you are carrying an injury.
The ideal class to perfect your technique! You can participate in this class as a 1 off before moving to any other class on the timetable, or stay in the class for as many weeks as you need. Any Reformer pass will allow you to book this class.
