Bodyblitz Class is a full body conditioning class combining strength training and cardio work. Our fantastic instructor Maria uses kettlebells, suspension training (RIP:60) and medicine balls among other things for a varied challenging class. Bodyblitz is designed to challenge all levels of fitness from Beginner to Athletes.
Bodyblitz training involves multiple muscle groups and energy systems at once increasing the bodies resistance to injury. Exercises are functional and dynamic strengthening the body in all planes of motion.
